Weight Management
Supporting women to improve eating habits, build a healthier relationship with food, increase physical activity, improve sleep, reduce sedentary time, and develop practical meal-planning and long-term weight management skills. The focus is on sustainable habits, not rapid weight loss.
Health Education
Providing education on nutrition principles, hunger and satiety, habit formation, sleep and stress, physical activity, healthy ageing, menopause as it relates to lifestyle and behaviour, and goal setting and self-monitoring.
